New recruit Jono Hooper
New recruit Jono Hooper, our IT & Admin Officer

Former work experience student, Jonathon (Jono) Hooper has recently began assisting Mark Amos at the LBCCG office with IT and admin duties. Jono undertook a week long work experience placement with LBCCG three years ago through the PICSE (Primary Industry Centre for Science Education) program, before beginning a three year Bachelor/Honours science degree at The University of the Sunshine Coast, focusing on threatened wallum frogs. Jono also volunteers with several local catchment groups’ frog monitoring programs and website/media  duties.

Whilst seeking work in the field of ecology, Jono has come on-board part-time at the LBCCG office to assist Mark with IT and admin duties, which included the development of their new website. He thoroughly enjoys his new work and increasing productivity at the office.
