We seek a responsible and experienced administrative assistant to take care of an array of clerical and administrative duties. Key responsibilities of the role include: financial recording and obligations, website management, developing and maintaining filing systems, preparing reports, maintaining policy and procedure documentation and general office duties.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be Microsoft Office, MYOB and WordPress proficient, have excellent time management and prioritisation skills, as well as being the public contact for the organisation. Working knowledge or experience in agriculture or natural resource management will be an advantage.
